General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Druto7 platform (druto7.ws) and all related services, applications, and products. By creating an account, using any service, or accessing the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Druto7 is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. We offer betting markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as Live Casino games.

Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using Druto7 and contact our support team to close your account.

Druto7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Although these Terms are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail as the authoritative legal document in the event of any interpretive conflict.

Section 02
Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with Druto7, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must be a real person — registrations made through robots, bots, or automated programs are not permitted.
  • Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Druto7 will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Druto7 may request KYC verification at any time to prevent fraud and ensure platform security. The following documents may be required:

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

Please note: Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete. This is done for your protection.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on Druto7 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking services. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
  • Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).
  • Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact support within 30 minutes.
  • Only use your own mobile banking account for deposits. Payments sent from another person's account will not be accepted.
  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised on any deposit, the associated account will be suspended immediately.

Druto7 never charges any additional processing fees on deposits. Every amount you send is credited to your account in full.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through SSL encryption. Druto7 will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password. If anyone requests your PIN claiming to be from Druto7, it is fraud — please contact us immediately.

Section 04
Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from Druto7:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
  • Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT).
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit or verified through KYC.
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 24 hours.
  • KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Special Note: To withdraw from bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus terms. Requesting a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

Druto7 may hold or cancel a withdrawal under the following circumstances:

  • KYC verification not yet completed
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Ongoing investigation on the account
  • Bonus Terms Violation
  • Suspected Operation of Multiple Accounts

Betting Rules & Bet Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply when placing bets on Druto7:

Bet Acceptance

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless Druto7 decides to void it under exceptional circumstances.
  • Druto7 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical system error.
  • If a match is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change continuously. They may shift even after a bet is submitted, before it reaches the server. The system will automatically determine whether to accept a bet at the updated odds.

Result Determination

All bet outcomes are determined based on data from internationally recognised sports data providers. Druto7's decisions on results are final.

Betting is a form of entertainment. Always bet within your means. Losses are always a possibility — never bet with borrowed money.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Druto7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are governed by the following terms:

  • The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
  • All bonus offers have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period ends.
  • You cannot switch from one bonus offer to another. A second bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
  • Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

Warning: If multiple members of the same household or multiple users on the same device claim a bonus, Druto7 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Druto7:

  • Multiple Accounts: No individual may operate more than one account.
  • Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
  • Money Laundering: Using Druto7 for money laundering is strictly prohibited.
  • Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any match, or placing bets using inside information, is strictly prohibited.
  • Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in Druto7's systems is strictly prohibited.
  • Bots & Automation: Using automated software to place bets or manage your account is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of Third-Party Accounts: Logging into another user's account to place bets or make payments is strictly prohibited.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Druto7 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we make responsible gaming our top priority.

  • Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount for a single bet.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
  • Self-Exclusion: For an extended break, you can close your account for a period of 3 months to 1 year.
  • Reality Check: Receive session reminders at regular intervals.

Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises while using Druto7, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Support: Start by raising the issue with our customer support team. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
  2. Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved through support, please send a detailed written complaint to support@druto7.ws.
  3. Final Decision: The Druto7 management team will communicate the final decision within 7 business days.

Important: Druto7's decision on bet outcomes and technical matters is final. All disputes will be settled in the English language.

Section 11
Account Suspension & Closure

Druto7 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
  • If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
  • If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
  • Providing false information during KYC verification
  • Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before doing so.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 after 12 months of inactivity. Log in at least once a year to keep your account active.
